After researching various alternatives, my wife and I decided to air condition our current home with the Unico Air Conditioning system. We were about to start a major renovation project with a local contractor and included the air conditioning system in that project. Unfortunately, the contractor was not familiar with the Unico system and undertook to have one of his employees install the system. One year and three refrigeration "experts" later we still had a system that didn't work. Our contractor finally contacted Al Villahermosa of AMV Air Conditioning Inc who inspected what had been installed and decided that most of it needed to be demolished. He and his team then proposed a new plan and installed it to comply with the Unico manufacturer's specifications. I'm told that the Unico system isn't like most other systems and the installer's must be familiar with it.

Al's team did a wonderful job with a minimum of chaos in our home. They were pleasant, reliable and kept a very clean work area. We were very happy with AMV and have signed a contract with them to maintain and service our system.
